This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1025 of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirupur dated 08.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. This petition has been filed to modify the bail conditions imposed by the Courts below. Normally, this Court will not interfere in the discretionary jurisdiction of the Courts below. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
