Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in letter in N.K.No.Voo.A3/3275/2019 dated 04.08.2020 on the file of the 4th respondent and quash the same, in so far as the petitioner village panchayat is concerned; consequentially direct the respondents to make the selection and appointment to the post of village panchayat Secretary to Nerkunam village panchayat strictly in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Village Panchayat Secretaries (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2013.
