ORDER

Challenging the rejection memo, dated 23.06.2021 passed by the respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Against the order passed by the Sub-Registrar, refusing to register the document filed by the petitioner, an appeal remedy is available to the petitioner before the District Registrar under Section 72 of the Act. Without availing the alternative remedy, the petitioner cannot straight away approach this Court and hence, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order under Section 72 of the Act. No costs.
