2. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

3. Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 322 days in filing the above appeal is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioner/ appellant will not be entitled to interest for the period of 322 days.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
