O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Family Court at Puducherry to dispose the case in M.C.No.41 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible. 2.When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that a connected petition for divorce in H.M.O.P.No.44 of 2017 is also pending between the parties before the same Court.

3.In view of the above, a direction is issued to the learned Judge, Family Court at Puducherry, to dispose M.C.No.41 of 2017 and H.M.O.P.No.44 of 2017 pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
