ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 04.12.2018, whereby the Patta issued in favour of the petitioner was cancelled and issued in favour of the third respondent. Thereafter, the petitioner also filed a suit in O.S.No.31 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ambattur, Mylapore, seeking a declaration in respect of the same property, which is still pending adjudication.

2.

It is seen that the petitioner has not approached the competent revenue authorities for any relief regarding the issuance of Patta to the subject property in accordance with law. The remedy of the petitioner lies before the authorities designated under the relevant statutes, and this Court cannot interfere in the matter at this stage, especially when parallel proceedings are pending before the Civil Court. 3.

In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the first respondent, and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 04.09.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non-Speaking Order Neutral Case Citation : Yes/No klt To 1.The District Revenue Officer, Tiruvallur, Tiruvallur District.
