RAVINDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- It is found that though notice has been ordered to the respondent by this Court on 03.06.2019, Petitioners/Appellants have not taken steps for effecting service on the respondent. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the application further.
