2. The Trial Court convicted the accused under Section 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act, 1985 and sentenced her to one year R.I. with a fine of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) indefault to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of three months.

3. By order of this Court dated 29.04.2016 in Criminal appeal No. 4854 of 2016, she was granted bail and sentence of imprisonment was suspended.

4. List the matter on 31.01.2024.
