This Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 02.11.2018 passed in Crl.A.No.24 of 2017 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur as against the inadequacy of sentence and compensation passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level) Ambattur, by an order dated 31.01.2017 in STC No.93 of 2016. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
