Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned orders passed by the Joint Director of School Education (Personnel), Chennai - 6, the first respondent vie his proceedings No.Na.Ka.43093/C4/E1/2014 dated 16.06.2014 and the consequential order passed by the Superintendent, Block Resource Center, Cumbam, Theni District the third respondent vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.Nil B R Center. A Ka E. 2014 dated 17.06.2014 and quash them as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable being violative of rules and principles of natural justice and thereby direct the respondents to retain the petitioner as Block Resource Teacher Educator (English) at GKPS Park, Cumbam, Theni District.

O R D E R
The order of deployment issued to the writ petitioner in proceedings dated 16.06.2014 is under challenge in this writ petition.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner has obeyed the orders of deployment on 16.06.2014 and joined in the post and continuously working for the past about 21⁄2 years. However, the learned counsel made a submission that the writ petitioner is taking treatment for Spinal Cord and she has to continue the treatment, in this regard.
3.However, this Court cannot give any direction to issue any other transfer order to the writ petitioner. The personal grievances of the Government Employees are to be considered by the competent authorities and in this regard, the writ petitioner is at liberty to submit her representation to the respondents and if such representation is submitted by the writ petitioner, then the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as early as possible.
4. With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
