1. This application is filed to appoint an Advocate Receiver to collect the rental income generated from the suit properties.

2. This Court heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is not insisting his claim for A to B and D to L Schedule properties, except C-Schedule properties.

4. The learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection for appointment of an Advocate Receiver for the C-Schedule properties alone.

5. In view of the above said submissions, Ms.S.P.Nirmala Parameswari, Advocate, (Mobile:9445891631), having Office at No.336(166)Old Shaw Wallace Building (II Floor), Thambu Chetty Street, Chennai-1, is appointed as the Advocate Receiver to collect the rents only in respect of the C-Schedule properties. His monthly remuneration is fixed at Rs.7,000/- (Rupees seven thousand only) to be payable by the Applicant. This application is ordered accordingly. .
