The petitioner School made a representation on 08.05.2015 seeking permanent recognition for the academic year 2015 onwards. As the said request has not been considered by passing appropriate orders, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue is no longer res integra in view of the order passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.20329 of 2014 on 06.04.2015.

3.Taking into consideration the pendency of the application of the petitioner dated 08.05.2015 by which the recognition has been sought for, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. orders, the 1st respondent will have to take into consideration the orders passed in W.P.(MD) No.11031 of 2012 and W.P.(MD) No.20329 of 2014.
