ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.15564 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.15690 of 2025 dated 18.08.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition every Monday from 13.10.2025 to 06.04.2026 as imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15564 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.15690 of 2025 dated 18.08.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal District Judge as and when required.
