ORDER

The petitioner association filed the writ petition challenging the District Gazettle Notification No.11 dated 10.02.2015 with respect to clause No.4(5) passed by the respondent-Municipality, which authorises the respondent to collect a sum of Rs.50/- per day from the chicken shop owners.

First of all, the Association has filed the writ petition challenging the said notification. If any of the members has got individual grievance with respect to their shops, they can maintain separate writ petition and they cannot get blanket orders, showing a cause of action on behalf of the members of Association. 3.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the different shop owners to file separate writ petition. No costs. Consequently the connected M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 are also dismissed.
