O R D E R

This Criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent herein viz., Inspector of Police, Arcot Town Police Station, Arcot, to receive and register the complaint dated 7.9.2015 and file the final report for proper action against the accused person.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is seen that the alleged accident took place on 01.08.2015 but the complaint has been lodged only on 07.09.2015 alleging that the petitioner suffered injuries in a motor vehicle accident case. On a reading of the complaint, it does not inspire the confidence of this Court. Hence, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
