Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to demarcate the property as per the sale deed executed in favour of the petitioner by Raman Chetty in Doc.No.21/2001 dated 10.01.2001 in respect of the property situated at S.No.164/1 Hunasinahalli Village, Pappireddipatti, Dharmapuri District, measuring 2.19.50 hectares. 2. Mr.M.D.Ilayaraja, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the respondent to demarcate the property situated at S.No.164/1 Hunasinahalli Village, Pappireddipatti, Dharmapuri District, based on his application dated 01.06.2020.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that his application dated 01.06.2020 has not been considered by the respondent.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 01.06.2020 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
