..Respondent(s) PRAYER - This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue Patta to the petitioner in S.No.150/2, Malliyampadi Village, Chinnasalem Taluk, Kallakurichi District, by Considering the proposal of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka. No.E1/ 3724/ 2024, dated 21.06.2025.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition in favour of the petitioner based on the proposal sent by the 2nd respondent through his proceedings dated 21.06.2025.

2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.The petitioner has also filed along with this Writ Petition a proposal dated 21.06.2025 of the 2nd respondent renewing the case of the petitioner for transfer of patta in his name for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's application seeking for transfer of patta in his name is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the proposal sent by the 2nd respondent through his proceedings dated 21.06.2025, within a time

frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's request for transfer of patta in his name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, after giving due consideration to the proposal sent by the 2nd respondent through his proceedings dated 21.06.2025 and also after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and also after hearing all the necessary parties within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
