JUDGMENT

Heard.

2. This Appeal Suit arises from the Judgment and Decree made in OS.No.881 of 2007 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore.

3. Both learned counsel for the appellants and the respondents are present. The parties are also present in Court. A Memorandum of Understanding, dated 13.09.2025 duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel, has been filed.

4. The contents of the Memorandum of Understanding have been explained to the parties and acknowledged that they have understood the terms in full and that they have entered into the compromise.

5. In view of the Memorandum of Understanding filed, the Appeal Suit is disposed of in accordance with the terms of the said memo. The Memorandum of Understanding shall form part and parcel of this decree. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
