Writ petition No.8691 of 2009 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorari calling for the records of the third respondent pertaining to his order dated 12.1.2009 in his S/PD/213/08 and S/274/08/MAS and final order No.51/2009 which is confirming the order of the second respondent dated 09.9.2008 passed in Appeal No.113 and 114/2008 (SLM) (ST) and to quash the said orders.

Writ petition No.8692 of 2009 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorari calling for the records of the third respondent pertaining to his order dated 12.1.2009 in his S/PD/214/08 and S/275/08/MAS and final order No.52/2009 which is confirming the order of the second respondent dated 09.9.2008 passed in Appeal No.113 and 114/2008 (SLM) (ST) and to quash the said orders.
