Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the miscellaneous petitions, the petitions are ordered and the criminal appeals are restored to the file of this Court.

The Registry is directed to post the criminal appeals as soon as the typed set of documents are made ready.
