This petition has been filed to punish the respondents 2 to 4 for having committed contempt of the order dated 05.03.2018 in Application No.54 of 2018 in CS/BL/Arbitration Case No.34 of 2017. 2.

It is seen that the applicant has not pointed out the nature of amounts lying with the Garnishee and amounts received by the second and third respondents. Further, it seems that the award itself has already been passed.
