Alleging that the Gift Deeds have been registered fraudulently contrary to the Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011, the petitioner made a representation on 05.06.2015. As the same has not been disposed of, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner as well the parties to the documents, which is sought to be cancelled. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
