Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 1 / 9272 / 2008 dated 26.08.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to release the petitioners land in Survey No. 93/12 and 93/11 and 93/13B respectively from acquisition proceedings.

For Petitioner : Mr.K.P.P.Raja Raja Cholan - in both WPs For Respondents : Mr.P.Sathish Additional Government Pleader in both WPs COMMON ORDER When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that subsequent to the acquisition proceedings, a notification has also been passed.

2. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the notification and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the endorsement made, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to with liberty to challenge the notification.
