Subramaniam v. Nithya

C.R.P.Nos.712 & 713 of 2018 and C.MP.Nos.3690 & 3691 of 2018 S.KANNAMMAL, J This Court, by an order dated 18.06.2021, directed the learned SubCourt, Arakonam, to dispose of the I.A.No.216 of 2017 in O.S.No.427 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the said O.S could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court, the Court below, by letter dated 13.12.2021, sought for two months time. Hence, the matter is listed before this Court today.

2.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, time is extended for a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order of this Court.
