ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 01.06.2022, the second respondent-police had produced the detenue before this Court, who had stated that she intends to live with the petitioner/husband. She had further stated that owing to the compulsion of her parents, she had separated from her husband and that now she intends to reconcile with the petitioner.
2. In view of the statement made by the detenue, we are inclined to close this Habeas Corpus Petition with a direction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to the second respondent herein to ensure that the detenue reconciles with the petitioner herein by today itself.
3. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
