(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN,J.) This Petition has been filed to permit the Petitioner to amend the claim made by the Petitioner in M.C.O.P. No. 186 of 2017 on the file of MACT/Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Court at Namakkal, as Rs.37,00,000/- instead of Rs.20,00,000/-.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the Affidavit filed in support of this Petition to permit the Petitioner to amend the claim made by the Petitioner in M.C.O.P.

No. 186 of 2017 on the file of MACT/Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Court at Namakkal, as Rs.37,00,000/- instead of Rs.20,00,000/- and accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
