This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records on the file of the first respondent with respect to the impugned order dated 21.04.2022 in Na.Ka.PC1/3309/2021 and to quash the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
