O R D E R

These Civil Revision Petitions are filed by the petitioner for early disposal of interim applications I.A.Nos.1415 and 1414 of 2017 pending before the trial Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he filed a suit in O.S.No.1642 of 2011 against the respondent in the year 2011. Pending suit, he filed two interim applications in I.A.No.1414 of 2011 and I.A.No.1415 of 2011 to grant police aid and to direct the court appointed

Commissioner to fence the suit property and to remove encroachments under the supervision of the Court appointed Commissioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the interim applications were filed in the year 2016, they are pending for the past two years without any progress. Therefore, he would request earlier disposal of the interim applications.

4. Considering the long pendency of the interim applications, the learned V Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the I.A.Nos.1415 and 1414 of 2017 in O.S.No.1642 of 2011 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

5. The above Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of with the above direction.
