By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's on-line application dated 26.02.2024 for issuance of patta in his name in respect of his property comprised in Survey No.437/1, situated at Semmandampalayam Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made an online application before the third respondent for issuance of patta for his property in Survey No.437/1 situated at Semmandampalayam Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District. However, the same has not been considered by the third respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 2/4

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the on-line application of the petitioner dated 26.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
