ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to dispose of his representation dated 11.04.2015.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that fraudulently a sale deed has been obtained from the petitioner and therefore, a complaint has been given to the Gingee police and to cancel the said sale deed, a representation dated 11.04.2015 was given to the respondent and the same is pending consideration. 3.

This Court is afraid that such a dispute cannot be decided by the respondent concerned. Already a complaint was given by the petitioner to the Gingee Police and the investigation is going on. There is no public duty cast on the respondent to look into the complaints of this nature, as alleged by the petitioner. In that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
