Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to permit the Petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.3.50 crores together with accumulated interest as deposited by the Respondents 2 to 4 with the DRAT Registry in terms of order dated 26.09.2023.

ORDER
