This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.7.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 28.07.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending with the second respondent and he further submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating for the enquiry. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate for the enquiry and the second respondent is directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
