ORDER

The petitioner herein was made an application to give No Objection Certificate for running a SPA is before this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that as per the circular issued by the Commissioner of Police, the petitioner has to furnish certain particulars and documents along with application for considering the application to issue NOC. In this case, those particulars are not furnished in the representation given by the petitioner. Therefore, the respondent is not in a position to process the application.

3. In the light of the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to furnish all the documents necessary as contemplated under the circular issued by the Commissioner of Police. On such production, appropriate order to be passed within a reasonable time.

4. With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 03.06.2024 Vv 2/4
