Heard both sides.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate that the licence of the petitioner has been cancelled by the licensing authority by order dated 23.07.2018. She has also produced a xerox copy of the order dated 23.07.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent V.BHARATHIDASAN.J., suspending the licence of the petitioner for a specified period. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the authority suspending the license. He has also made an endorsement to that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

effect.

4. In the result, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the 2nd respondent suspending his driving licence in the manner known to law.
