By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner would state that he joined the Railway Protection Force (RPF) as a Constable on 17.8.1976, and was promoted as Head Constable in the year 1986 and the respondents 2 and 3 alleging unauthorised absence, have framed charges against him and after enquiry, have awarded the punishment of removal from service vide order dated 11.2.1997, and the challenge made to the said order has also ended in dismissal on 29.5.2000. The petitioner aggrieved by the order of rejection of the appeal passed by the third respondent, filed W.P.No.11901 of 2000 and it was also dismissed on 11.12.2000, and thereafter, he submitted a representation dated 10.10.2011, praying for disbursement of the benefits in respect of the period, in which, he was in service, and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.P.T.Ramkumar, learned Standing Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3. 4.This Court, taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the second respondent by enclosing a copy of this order as well as a copy of his earlier representation dated 10.10.2011, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the second respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider it in accordance with law, and pass orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
