O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the OS.No.92 of 2016 on the file of the learned District Judge II, Kancheepuram and transfer the same to any other Court having jurisdiction.

2. The apprehension of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent/ 2nd plaintiff is working as a Assistant Sheristadar at Kancheepuram District Court, may affect the outcome of the trial. Curiously, the suit is for partition between the brothers and sisters. Other than this, there is no allegation which would affect the trial. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition on flimsy grounds cannot be entertained. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Accordingly, the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a petition seeking transfer, if he could make out any concrete case for transfer.
