Standard Chartered Bank/ Garnishee through its Managing Director has filed statement of accounts with the covering letter intimating that the Judgement debtor has closed the account maintained in their bank as early as 24.04.2014 along with KYC information.

Since, there is no money in the account of Judgement debtor, the garnishee application stands closed.

2. Accordingly, the E.P.No.43 of 2024 is closed.
