C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners are said to have purchased an extent of 0.05 cent and 1.55 cents, by registered Sale Deeds dated 21.02.2012 and 11.11.2011 situated in Survey No.75/2 in Veerakkal Pudhur Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District. Seeking to sub-divide the property and thereafter issue separate patta in their names, the petitioners made requests by way of applications dated 26.12.2014 and 12.12.2014 respectively. As the same have not been disposed of, the present Writ Petitions have been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations dated 26.12.2014 and 12.12.2014, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While doing so, it is open to the 2nd respondent to hear the objections of any other 3rd party.
