COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner retired on superannuation, the respondent did not pay the retirement benefits immediately, and there was a delay in settling the same. 2.In this connection, the petitioner has sent a representation claiming interest on the delayed payment. At this juncture the learned standing counsel for the respondents would submit that they would pay interest at the rate of 6% per annum as ordered in the similar writ petition. 3.In such a view of the submission, the respondent is directed to pay 6% per annum interest for the delayed payment of terminal benefits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
