This petition has been filed seeking direction directing the the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.08.2020.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 08.08.2020 C.S.R.No.165 of 2020 has been issued. After conducting enquiry the complaint has been closed on the same day i.e. 08.08.2020.
