Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 4 imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6193 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.9148/21 by order date 11.06.2021 by this Honble Court in Crime No.113 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, M-3, Puzhal Police Station, Chennai. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SRINIVASA RAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6193 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9148 of 2021 dated 11.06.2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 11.06.2021 directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9148 of 2021 dated 13.05.2021 stand unaltered.
