ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction forbearing the respondents 2 to 5 from processing, conducting or finalizing any tender in any for relating to any works including the work of upgradation of a road at Bannihalli village panchayat, Kaveripattinam Panchayat Union, Krishangiri District as proposed by the fifth respondent unilaterally by utilizing the available funds from and out of Fourteenth Financial Commission (FFC) without any resolution of the panchayat. 2.
Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted the prayer sought for in
this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous pettion is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
