ORDER

(1)This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents from conducting enquiry or passing any orders.

(2)Mrs.Narmadha Sampath, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf of respondents, submitted that the 3rd respondent has already passed the final orders on 05.09.2020 and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

(3)The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was never given an opportunity and the petitioner's objection was never taken into consideration and the 3rd respondent has proceeded to pass the order in a hasty manner. (4)The relief as claimed in this writ petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already passed an order on 05.09.2020. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner has to independently work out his remedy in the manner known to law and no orders can be passed in this writ petition. (5)Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
