JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After the appeal was heard for some time, Shri.Bhaskar, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to prosecute the execution proceedings and also oppose the petition filed by respondents under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
