2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner.

3.Since this Court is convinced with the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner/s and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, this Petition is ordered, subject to the condition that, if the compensation amount is enhanced, the Petitioner/s have to pay the requisite court-fee.
