2017 appointing the fourth respondent as Administrator of the firth respondent society based on a letter made by the second respondent.

this writ petition.

2. the learned Government Advocate would submit that the Administrator / third respondent has taken charge of the firth respondent society on 23.05.2017.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this court is declined to grant any interim order pending disposal of the writ petition.
