When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.11.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Orders' on 29.11.2024. Again, on 06.12.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 09.12.2024.

2. Even today, on 09.12.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing at 01.20 p.m., none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that this Petition has been filed challenging the suspension order passed by the 6th respondent and there is no interim order granted by this Court at the time of admission. Since the 6th respondent, after conducting an enquiry, had dismissed the petitioner from service vide order dated 12.01.2021, nothing survives for further adjudication. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions, if any shall stand closed. 09.12.2024 vkr Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order 3/5
