The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 14.09.2016 in accordance with law by providing adequate police protection to the petitioner and her property at Survey No.72/IC, 11645 square feet, Porur Village, to secure the ends.
2. The petitioner seeks police protection to the petitioner and her property at Survey No.72/IC, 11645 square feet, Porur Village, to secure the ends. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
