O R D E R

This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent in Cr.M.P.No.5509 of 2018 dated 20.11.2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, Vellore District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that anticipatory bail was granted to the second respondent at the stage of petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.136 of 2018 and subsequently, they conducted investigation and the same has been closed as civil in nature on 26.04.2018.

3. Recording the same, the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent itself has become infructuous. However, the first respondent is directed to serve Referred Charge Sheet notice to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is at liberty to file protest petition before the concerned Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
