The present Application has been filed to permit G.Muthiah, S/o.S.P.Govindan Chettiar, residing at Plot No.51, 1st Main Street, J.B.Estate, Avadi, Chennai 600 054 to be examined as third party witness to prove the signatures of the attesting witnesses and testatrix Umayal Achi.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.1945 of 2025 in O.P.No.181 of 2022 is ordered as prayed for.
